I was really impressed at the level of service I received from all staff at Boots Opticians in St Neots. The optometrist I saw - Mr Gandhi - was superb. He took time to explain the results of all of my tests and answered really well the questions I had. throughout the whole eye examination I was reassured that I was in the hands of a very competent professional and also someone who had great customer service skills. It is an unusual combination. Mr Gandhi is a real asset to the organisation and I hope that he goes far.

Polite & informative staff. Not pushed into buying new glasses when not necessary. Asked optometrist about contact lenses & decided they wouldn't work for me.
